The ultimate recognition for a PA. Submissions need to demonstrate a strong case, showing dedication, ability and a highly professional approach to their vocation. Your nomination should provide a detailed explanation for your reasons for nomination including clear examples of outstanding performance and aptitude. Bosses, colleagues and HR departments can make nominations, and we strongly encourage PAs to nominate themselves.

The Prize for our 2011 PA of the Year - Return flights to Singapore courtesy of British Airways and stay for 5 nights at the world famous 5 star Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore.

Our Executive PA of the Year and a partner or a colleague will be transported to the bustling metropolis of Singpore - a melting pot of culture, age-old traditions and 21st century technological advances. In Singapore our newly crowned Executive PA Magazine: PA of the Year will have plenty of time to explore the best that this city has to offer - from the botanic gardens which are open until midnight, and shopping till you drop on Haji Lane or taking in the landscape on board the 165-metre Singapore Flyer and immersing yourself in history at the Chinatown Heritage Centre. Our winner will enjoy flights onboard British Airways - who has recently launched its On Business loyalty programme in Australia. Running in tandem with the airline's frequent flyer programme, Executive Club, the new initiative aims to meet the needs of smaller companies to add greater value to corporate travel budgets. 

Employer of the Year - Sponsored by 1300 Venues

Does your employer know how to look after and develop administration and secretarial personnel? Companies can get it right and if your employer is on track we would like to know about it. The submission will need to provide examples of how your organisation supports staff on both a personal and vocational level, with information on career development, training and HR policies. Employees can make nominations and we strongly recommend Personnel departments to submit nominations.

The Prize for the nominator of the Employer of the Year Award is a 3 night stay at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa courtesy of 1300 Venues

If you cast your vote you could find yourself enjoying three nights' at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, courtesy of 1300Venues. Beautiful Fiji awaits our winner and guest with a three nights stay plus breakfast at one of the region's top hotels. Have you got a bright future? If so we want to hear about you. The submission will need to explain what makes the entrant special and a short case study should be included demonstrating the entrant's outstanding potential. Nominate yourself or a colleague. Nominations from Personnel departments are welcome.

The prize for our lucky Up and Coming PA Winner is a two night stay at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Coves Homestead, including dinner 

Our winner will enjoy two nights’ accommodation in the Homestead with access to the exclusive Regency Club Lounge. Our winning PA will also enjoy dinner in the signature restaurant – The Fireplace to the value of $150, and complimentary parking and access to the Sanctuary Cove Rec Club is also included. Our lucky PA will be able to leave the office behind them and work out all their office tension with two luxurious half hour massages – the perfect way to relax away from work.

Boss of the Year - Sponsored by Pilot Pen

Is your boss the best? If so let us know about it. Nominations will need to illustrate a strong working relationship between you and your boss, and some examples that show your boss is truly the best. Nominations from PAs only please.

The best Boss will receive a trip to Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove's Homestead and be able to enjoy two complimentary rounds of golf.

 Our Boss of the Year will be recognised for all their hard work and dedication to the industry with a trip to Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove’s Homestead too. They’ll receive all the same delights are out Up and Coming PA of the Year will – but they’ll also be able to take to the fairways and enjoy two rounds of gold on the newly redeveloped The Palms Sanctuary Cove. Swapping business for pleasure in such beautiful surroundings has never been more appealing.

Best Organised Event - Sponsored by Kwik Kopy

Judges will be looking for submissions that demonstrate how a PA rose to the challenge of organising and executing a well-conceived and successful event. Perhaps there were logistical issues to overcome or perhaps the PAs brought their own creative flair and talent to the event to create something very special. Nominate yourself or a colleague. Nominations from venues are welcome.

The winner of our Best Organised Event will receive a four night stay on Lindeman Island courtesy of Club Med and return ferry transfers from Fantasea Adventure Cruising.

The winner will enjoy a magical trip to Club Med Lindeman Island, situated in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. Offering wonderful views of the turquoise water and nearby islands, it’s just a 30 minute ferry transfer across the Whitsunday Passage from Hamilton Island Airport. Our lucky winner will enjoy four nights in a twin share with all meals and drinks included courtesy of Club Med Lindeman Island and return ferry transfers from Hamilton Island, provided courtesy of Fantasea Adventure Cruising.
