Entry to the awards is free and you will be able use a nomination form that will be available in copies of Executive PA Magazine and by downloading from this website. You will also be able to enter directly online from this website.
Once you have completed your form please double check your contact details, if you are sending your entry by post attach your typed nomination to the entry form, which should be no more than one A4 side, and mail to:

You can enter as many of the award catagories as you want and with the exception of the "Boss of the Year" award you can enter on your own behalf. In fact we strongly recommend you nominate yourself.
