Do you love your job? According to a new survey nearly half of you are dissatisfied in your role and feel you’re not being paid enough. A survey jointly conducted by CareerOne.com.au and Coredata revealed that 45 per cent of respondents are not happy at work, with a quarter thinking about changing jobs every single day. The main reason for people’s unhappiness at work was cited as being a lack of promotion and rewards. In another joint study from the two companies it was also revealed that three out of four people were expected to work additional hours with the majority saying they were given no choice or extra pay for the overtime they were putting in.
