You’ve heard of speed dating now it’s time to try speed interviewing – the latest trend to sweep Australia’s recruiters. The idea was launched at the National Careers and Employment Expos held last year and allows each candidate a few minutes to sell themselves before a bell rings and they move on. The idea is that if, in those few minutes, the recruiter spots your potential or the spark they are looking for, a longer interview can be arranged.
