From October Norfolk Air will by flying into the Gold Coast with a weekly service. From October 2nd the carrier will operate every Thursday morning and then return from Norfolk Island later the same day. The move comes along on the back of support for Norfolk Air’s routes to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle. Norfolk Air’s commercial manager Becky Nobbs commented: “The new Gold Coast service is a very exciting development for Norfolk Air because it will provide direct access into a catchment area of more than one million potential passengers, many in our top market demographic.”
