When it comes to being happy at work it seems time away from the office could be the important factor. The latest research from www.lastminute.com.au reveals that a quarter of Australians who haven't taken a single short break in the past year are suffering from stress and feeling unhappy. Compare this to people who have taken five short breaks over the course of the year - with only two per cent of people feeling unhappy and stressed. Although Aussies regularly state that regular breaks are more important than a stable home to their health and wellbeing a massive 57 per cent don't feel they break away from their working day enough. So if you want to be happier and healthier perhaps it's time to book that long overdue holiday.
