Love contracts are taking over from AWAs in the workplace, to protect employers from the fall out of failed relationships. The contracts are being used to protect against claims of sexual harassment, which might arise when a new romance starts to form. The contracts will document the budding relationship and set out, define and differentiate between a potential romance and a sexual harassment case so all parties know where they stand.
