Following an overhaul that cost more than $3million southern Tasmania’s newest boutique property is ready to open its door. Called D’Entrecasteaux, the French provincial-style hotel underwent a two-year, floor to ceiling make-over in order to provide accommodation for the upper end of the market. The hotel is set within 0.8 hectares of seaside nature reserve and is the perfect place for a Tasmanian-bound boss who likes a little luxury.
