It seems workers aren’t going to be letting a little thing like the economic downturn stop them from finding a new job – a new survey reveals that over half of the Australian workforce will be looking for a new position in 2009. A new international workplace survey from Kelly Services has found that a massive 59 per cent will be seeking a new job, within a new company this year – despite the uncertainty surrounding the economy. Baby boomers are the most restless lot – with 66 per cent planning to switch their role.
