Don’t be fooled when the boss tells you they miss their family when they have to travel away for business… a new survey has revealed that most business travellers confess to missing their pet more than their partner.

The American survey also revealed that animal lovers say their pets are more likely to notice when they’ve had a bad day, and nine out of ten say their pet is more pleased to see them after a hard day in the office. Further more a massive two third majority of people questioned reveal they feel more guilt over leaving a pet behind when they travel than leaving behind friends and loved ones. So perhaps if you want to make the boss’s travelling a more pleasant experience you’d be wise to slip in a little photograph of their pet.
