Chefs from Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre are heading to France to compete in the world-famous culinary contest Bocuse d’Or International Cooking Competition. Russell Clarke and his apprentice chef Matthew Lee have been selected to represent Australia at the prestigious event, where they will fight off stiff competition to take out the world title. The highly regarded competition takes place in Lyon, France in January. “It is a wonderful opportunity to utilise Australian produce and showcase the strong support Australia has for the culinary arts and just what are capable of in Australia” commented Russell.
