On Tuesday the 31st of August, another captivating reader event saw Victors Food and the Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport teamed up to provide Executive PA Magazine readers with a taste of their respective offerings. After drinks and nibbles provided by the Stamford, guests were escorted into the Mascot Ballroom, which had been transformed. The room was set up with cooking stations and excitement was bubbling over. Under the careful guidance and warm wit of Victors Food chefs/presenters, the guests created in just thirty minutes, a selection of tapas style dishes including: Chorizo & Roasted Red Capsicum Croutons, Smoked Salmon Tortilla Rolls, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, and Tequila Prawn Tapas with Guacamole and Pico de Gallo. Everyone was amazed and thrilled with the results. Especially when they got to eat their work!

While some teams were cooking up a storm, the others were being whisked off on a tour of Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport's consumate function rooms escorted by their dedicated team of executives.

Drinks flowing, pans sizzling, and laughs surrounding, it was a delightful event thoroughly enjoyed by all.
