Executive PA readers on a high

Sydney Tower Dining’s Sky Venue opened its 305m-high doors to Executive PA Magazine readers on Thursday 3 February to host yet another successful reader event.

With bubbly flowing freely (over 80 bottles, in fact) and a selection of Chef canapés working their way across the room, more than 120 readers were treated with guided tours of the venue, live DJ music, and spoiled with arguably Sydney’s best views.

Guests got an exclusive sneak peak in the Tower’s preeminent dining space 360 Bar and Dining and enjoyed a lap of Sydney Tower Buffet – marveling at the DIY dessert bar along the way.

Canapés moved swiftly off polished white platters which offered oysters, salt and chili squid, pumpkin and sage risotto balls, pecking duck pancakes and fried dates with an almond heart - among other tasty morsels.

General Manager of Sydney Tower, Troy Parry said the night was a huge success thanks to the combined efforts of everyone involved.

“We wanted to provide exceptional food and service to showcase this exceptional venue to the readers of Executive PA Mag. Our Head Chef hand selected his best canapés and our fantastic suppliers dressed the room with all the finishing touches. It’s the collective efforts of many experts that make this venue one of Sydney’s best event spaces.”

Decorations by Luxe Events complemented the stunning city skyline with hanging silver balls and scattered mirrors throughout the room. Guests indulged in a chocolate fondue fountain provided by Liquid Chocolate and foot-tapped the night away to tunes by DJ Solutions. AV was supplied by Innovative Productions.

Readers enjoyed their exclusive night in Sky Venue and marveled at the views across the city, sipping bubbly while the sunset.

Yet another successful reader event, enjoyed by all.
