The Nandina Function Rooms are located on the top floor of the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel. This multi-functional space is adjacent to the hotel’s signature roof garden where your guests can relax and unwind with uninterrupted views of the famous Adelaide Hills and East End. Bright and naturally lit through floor-to-ceiling glass doors - the very affordable function space offers a great range of catering options through our in-house restaurant, provides all audio-visual equipment at no charge and can host anywhere between 15 and 140 people. Coupled with our central location it is the perfect meeting room, or venue for your next special event.

The Nandina Function Rooms provide flexibility, with the option of dividing the space into two smaller areas - Nandina East and Nandina West. These rooms are perfect for intimate functions, catering for 15 to 45 people each depending on how the room is configured. When the rooms are combined, the space can cater for larger groups of up to 90 people cocktail style or 60 guests sit down. You may like to reserve a section of the uncovered roof garden exclusively for your guests, which when combined with the function rooms can host up to 140 people.

Dine from our contemporary menu, personally selected by you and prepared by the head chef of Culshaw's restaurant. Head Chef Jamie Vigar sources the finest seasonal South Australian produce to create a fresh and modern Australian menu. Complement your event with an excellent selection of local and international wines perfectly matched to your tastes and your budget.

Audio-visual equipment is provided at no charge if not already in use by another function and includes data projector, sound, lectern, cordless microphone, electronic whiteboard, teleconferencing phone, television, DVD player and flipcharts.

The hotel is located just 50m from Rundle Street in the heart of Adelaide’s East End, the venue is easily accessible and provides the option of accommodating your guests in 4.5 star luxury. Group accommodation rates can be arranged for your guests whether you decide to host the function in our hotel or not. All 120 rooms feature modern bathrooms, king size beds, full mini-bar, 24-hour room service and in-room broadband. Plus all the usual conveniences you would expect from a 4.5 star hotel such as 24-hour reception, security card access, business centre, mini-gymnasium, outstanding in-house restaurant and on-site
