After hosting their first ever Executive PA member event, the team at Hilton Adelaide were surprised by how many people had been yet to discover all the hotel has to offer for meetings and events.
A wet, gloomy morning wasn’t enough to stop Hilton Adelaide from giving Executive PA members the best for their breakfast event. Guests were welcomed in the Gallery on Level 1 which is currently host to an exhibition by Michael Chorley for the SALA festival. Amongst beautiful portraits of kangaroos, they enjoyed barista made coffee and conversation.
The doors to our Balcony Room opened at 7:30 am, where guests walked into a room with a long boardroom set up for breakfast, with soft piano music playing acoustically in the background.
The group enjoyed a seriously South Australian plated breakfast which was the hotel’s take on an eggs benedict, accompanied by individual fruit platters, granola and yoghurt pots, fresh baked pastries and avocado and Persian feta toasts.
After breakfast, the hosts spoke about some of the activations in the hotel and had a lucky door prize draw.
Following the draw, everyone split into smaller groups and walked through the meeting spaces on the dedicated meeting floors, up through to an accommodation room and through the ground floor outlets.
Here’s what our members had to say…
“Thank you for the lovely event today, it was very enjoyable. The Hilton Adelaide is now added to my go to list for future bookings,” Rebecca Calabro, Redcross SA.
“Thank you for hosting this in Adelaide. We don’t often have anything here so it was much appreciated. I really enjoyed the morning and the tour of the Hilton which we will consider for future events,” Vicki Heading, Peer.
“It was a great event, thank you for hosting us. I enjoyed networking with other ladies in similar roles. We see the Executive PA magazine all the time and it seems not many events come to Adelaide so it’s great to be able to come along,” Shelley Greenwood, Knight Frank Valuations.
“Thank you very much for the breakfast event on Wednesday. I had a lovely time and enjoyed the goodie bag too,” Rebecca, Knight Frank.
“The breakfast event was a lovely start to my day with a delicious breakfast served in the beautifully presented Balcony Room. It was nice to meet some new people and to learn more about the facilities that the Hilton Adelaide has to offer. I was very fortunate to win the bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne,” Skye Launer, City of Playford
What the organisers had to say…
“We were pleased to host a fantastic event with a great turn out. We were thrilled to meet and connect with so many high-level PAs from the Adelaide corporate market. Many of which didn’t know our Balcony Rooms existed, or the capabilities and flexibility of Hilton Adelaide meeting spaces. It was a brilliant opportunity to showcase what the hotel has to offer as far as meeting and event spaces, accommodation rooms, and outlets – all under one roof,” Hayley Kimber, Director of Business Development.
