At Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre (MCEC), we provide all the technology and support you need for a successful event, included as part of your space hire.

When you hold an event at MCEC, you’ll have access to all the technology you need and additional state of the art features you never knew you wanted. We’ll find ways to incorporate innovative technologies that allow your attendees to learn and network in new and exciting ways.

Simple to use technologies makes personalising your event easy, such as our intelligent lecterns which give you the ability to control your presentation, sound and lighting all at the touch of a button.

We work with you to incorporate technology into your event to enhance your delegates experience and elevate your speakers or performers.

From the event planning stage through to delivery, we will be there to provide expert advice and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

We’ve also recently invested in upgrading our Wi-Fi, to ensure you have access to fast internet and no data caps.

MCEC Chief Executive, Peter King said each event experience is unique and MCEC works in partnership with event organisers to deliver the right tech solutions.

The recently opened expansion has introduced new spaces to MCEC that are ready to be shaped by you. From the 1,000 seat retractable theatre to the Eureka meeting rooms and outdoor terrace area, the venue has a new level of adaptability to suit any event.
