Pumphouse Bar & Restaurant
Pumphouse Restaurant & Bar is a 125-year old heritage listed building adjoining the Novotel Sydney Darling Square. Inspired by its history as one of Sydney’s first microbreweries, the Pumphouse offers a rangeof over 60 different craft and premium brews including their very own renowned signature, the Thunderbolt Strong Ale. The menu has been inspired by the Pumphouse’s rich history, suited to accompany the craft beers and approachable wine list while fusing good Australian “pub grub” with American influence to keep you satisfied.
